While I was in Missouri, I arranged for Kayley to receive some "Mommy-mail" each day I was gone. I took envelopes, numbered them 1 through 8 (for each day I was gone), and filled them with a simple note and a small project for Kayley to do. One day was beads and a string, one day was paint with water pages and a paint brush, one was a small wooden keychain with markers, and so forth. When Kayley got up from her nap, her "mail" had arrived!

Kayley loved it...and it was so easy to do. It made the miles seem a little shorter for her, and even after we got home she asked me, "Where is Kayley's mail?"

Thank you Gram for saving them!

Don't worry, be happy!
The WHO wants us to be happy: it's good for our health.
Happiness and other positive emotions play an even more important role in health.
